Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters the most to us. If you are not happy with your poster, you can return the poster within 30 days of delivery. 

• Items should be returned in their original condition.  Light handling is fine, however, heavily used or damaged posters can't be refunded.
• Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the Customer. 
• To initiate a return, please contact us at infoposterauras@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours or purchase. After this period, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Items

• Damaged or incorrect shipments : If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.  We will review and determine whether a  replacement or refund will be issued. 
• If you ordered the wrong item : Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct poster and size is selected at checkout.  In these circumstances, you may either return the poster if lightly handled or contact us by email at infoposterauras@gmail.com to discuss alternatives.
