Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order is prepared it is handed off to our shipping partners. We will do our best to ensure your order is correct and well taken care before we fulfil your order in a timely manner. Due to this, our shipping fulfilment has the following time frames:  

Standard Shipping : 7 - 14 Business Days (varies by location)

Total Estimate Delivery Time : 9 - 21 business days from placing order.

Tracking : A tracking reference number will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

IMPORTANT NOTE : 

Depending on the total number of posters ordered, we may send you multiple separate packages to ensure your purchase is safely protected to ensure you receive your poster in the best possible condition. While this could result in your posters arriving at separate times, we believe the condition your poster arrives in is crucial to ensure you receive the best and longest experience possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Delays : If you have not received your order within 30 days of being in transit, please contact us at infoposterauras@gmail.com. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for inputting accurate shipping details.  If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us infoposterauras@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time frame, changes are not guaranteed.  Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not refundable or replaceable. 

Undeliverable & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address or failure to collect) or destroyed by the carrier due to non-collection, it is not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way, if you wish to have the order resent, please contact us by email at infoposterauras@gmail.com to organise another order at a discounted rate (based on original order value). 

Receiving Location Security 

Please ensure your desired delivery location is secure. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Poster Auras is not responsible for theft or loss.

Lost In Transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (never delivered), we will provide you a full refund or replacement at no cost.
